The Lash Lounge

I went to this lash salon expecting quality service, but my experience was horrible. My lashes were done terribly, with way too much glue all over my natural lashes, making them look messy, painful, and extremely uncomfortable. I contacted the owner hoping he would help fix the situation, but instead he laughed at me and immediately defended the lash technician, saying he “doesn’t know what’s wrong” with my lashes. I realized the fans being used were pre-made, and once the glue was applied, the lashes became extremely heavy, clumpy, and uncomfortable. The final result looked unprofessional and unnatural, with excessive glue all over my lashes. That is not what I asked for at all. The only solution he offered was a removal — and then told me I would have to pay an additional $40 for it, after already paying $284 for this poor-quality job. Absolutely unacceptable. A professional business should care about customer satisfaction and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Instead, I was treated disrespectfully and dismissed completely. He mentioned things like we have done this before and kept laughing … I do not understand the Level of disrespect. I truly believe that if Rafaela herself were the owner of the business, she would have handled this situation very differently. As a lash technician, she gave me the impression that she genuinely cares about her work and about her clients. I do not believe she would have laughed at a customer or tried to charge extra to fix something that was done incorrectly. Unfortunately, I feel like the products being used at this spa are cheap, and there may only be so much she can do while following the owner’s standards and policies. This experience felt more like a business focused on money rather than customer care and quality service. This owner only seems focused on making money. He owns businesses in different states, hires lash technicians, but clearly does not care about clients or the quality of the work being done. No customer should be treated this way after spending that much money. The owner told me this is “the best lash salon in the entire country.” NO YOU ARE NOT …. The best salons care about their clients, stand behind their work, and fix problems professionally when something goes wrong. You have to be completely DELUSIONAL to claim you are the best while laughing at a paying customer and trying to charge even more money to correct a problem your salon created in the first place. A quality business values customer satisfaction, not just profit. Please ladies please, save your money and DO NOT Go to this lash salon/spa. I will leave photos 4 hours after leaving the Salon I called him the next day because i left at 8:00 pm

I had such a great experience at The Lash Lounge. The environment was incredibly relaxing from the moment I walked in. The spa itself is beautiful, and the high-end hydraulic beds were so comfortable that I felt completely at ease during my appointment. I received classic lashes, and I absolutely love how they turned out clean, natural, and perfectly done. My lash stylist, Ashanti, was amazing: warm, professional, and very detail-oriented. She did a fantastic job, and I felt confident and relaxed the entire time. I also felt that the membership is a great value, and the refill prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and overall experience. Between the friendly staff, calming atmosphere, fair pricing, and Ashanti’s work, I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Alexsia Craig for my lash lifts and tints and I have been incredibly happy every time. Firstly, you can absolutely tell the hard work and meticulous care she puts into what she does, she is gentle and pays attention to detail and you can see it in the results (the length of my lashes is also thanks to lilash serum). Second, she is a lovely person and connected with me on a human level which is rare to find nowadays!! The overall environment of the salon is very pleasing, you can feel the effort put in to curate a relaxing spa vibe, it’s very clean and I felt very taken care of. Michael Jania knows what’s up!!!

Had the best experience here! Was my first time getting extensions and Tiara did a perfect job. The owner Michael and Petra were so friendly and warm. I will absolutely be returning here!

Great place! Ashanti did an amazing job! I love my lashes! She listened to all of my requests and helped me pick the best choice of lashes, lenght and look! It took her just 1 hr ( which is fantastic) !! Aswell really peaceful, clean place with great front desk. People there are very kind! Love it
