I had a great experience with Karla! I got a volume kitten set, and I absolutely love how they turned out. She was so friendly, made me feel comfortable, and even let me nap during my appointment. She took the time to explain how the different styles would look on my eyes so I could choose what was best for me. Her suite is adorable, the chair is super comfortable, and the whole experience was relaxing. She genuinely wants her clients to look and feel their best. Highly recommend!

I went to the last minute apt for a facial, Kenia was extremely professional and friendly. I loved how she checked my type of skin and she gave me the treatment that needed. It was so incredible that I even slept in the middle of my apt. I will definitely come back!!!

I came here for the first time hoping to become a returning customer, but unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be coming back. Karla was very sweet and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. However, I don't feel my concerns were adequately addressed. I let her know my eyes were very twitchy during the application, and at times my eyes opened slightly, causing a burning sensation. When the appointment was finished, my eyes were very watery and noticeably red. She acknowledged this, but nothing was done to address it or check whether the irritation could be minimized. At the time, I assumed the redness was simply from keeping my eyes closed for two hours. Looking back, I feel this may have been preventable with better taping or application techniques. The following morning, I woke up with both eyes red, swollen, sore, and irritated. Very very disappointed

I am absolutely in love with my eyelashes! I’ve always had short but plentiful lashes, and most artists struggle to add any real volume. I had pretty much accepted that classic lashes were my only option. Karla completely changed that for me. She worked her magic and gave me the most gorgeous set of volume lashes I’ve ever had. My eyes have never looked better, and I am beyond happy with the results. On top of that, the shop itself is beautiful, clean, and incredibly welcoming. Karla is truly talented, and I’m so grateful I found her. Highly recommend! Thank you, again Karla!

Karla is awesome. She's patient, professional and takes her time. It was my first time getting my lash extensions (hope that's the correct name), so I was a little nervous. She makes me feel beautiful. I visit her on a monthly basis. This pic is 2 wks after a visit.
