Sita Beauty Care Salon and Eyebrow Threading

She kinda ate. One thing about the other lady (I forgot her name) she really listens and follows your directions to achieve the look you want. It’s definitely a trust the process type of moment, but you also can’t be afraid to speak up about exactly how you like your brows, politely ofc I’m VERY particular about mine and was literally like, “Can you take a little more from the top here and make the wing a little skinnier?” and she understood my little madness perfectly 😂 And for only $10?? Definitely recommend the threading!

Dont waste your time, I had never gotten my lashes done before and had asked their opinions on a natural looking lash. Asked them about different options and kept pointing me towards the ones that were $20. I had been looking around previously for a place that does eyelash extensions and thought it was alittle strange they were only $20. After they were done I told them multiple times that I didn't like them and they just kept adding more. I asked for them to take them off and they said it would be an additional $25 for them to be removed.

I love Sita she’s got the magic hand, but unfortunately I’ve stopped coming as regularly because of the other lady she has working there. I’ve given her multiple tries with my eyebrows but she does it very quickly and even after pointing out trouble areas, she will still miss all the hair. I went to get my eyelashes done and decided in good faith to give Ms. other lady a shot to do my eyelashes for a wedding. she only offered the strip. I mentioned cluster but she never offered classic or anything else. After she was done I was completely shocked at the amount of glue she put on them. I asked for when Sita will be back she told me at 12. I went back at 130pm and she was the only one in the salon. I told her I did not like them and needed them removed. She put a little oil on them and began to rip them off! I was completely shocked and relieved she didn’t rip all my lashes off. I asked when Sita will be back and she proceeded to say she didn’t know. I asked for a refund and she said they don’t do refunds. I love Sita, but that other woman ruins my experience every time I let her near my face. And she let me know “I always do the lashes like this” and if that’s the case- she’s got no business doing ANYONES lashes. I recommend ONLY letting Sita near your precious face.

I have extremely thick and bushy eyebrows. I don't get them tamed on a regular basis, and when I do get them done I usually can't even tell that they've been done. So I had a wedding to go to recently and decided at the last minute to get them done. I walked in without an appointment and was seen right away. I wanted them waxed but the person who helped me suggested a combination of threading and waxing since they were so thick. And I have to say they looked AMAZING. I have never gotten so many compliments on my brows before. Customer service was great, the shop was clean, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back.

I made a mistake in my previous review and I apologize. I mistook Sita for a place visited in Ford City that was not worth it. Sita is amazing and definitely worth it! She, or her team, make my eyebrows look full and they are always perfect. I love the threading technique because of her! I started visiting after i read their reviews on Yelp over 3 years ago. And I have not regretted. Prices are low and service is fabulous. They also have a second location right off of 77th and Cicero.
