Finding a talented natural lash stylist is intimidating. I was super hesitant to get extensions but after sitting for my consultation, the team understood and knew exactly what I was looking for. Best decision, don't wear any make up anymore... everything is so easy and they look amazing!

The lashe has the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. They are rude and unrealistic in their ideas of customer service. Anytime that I have reached out to get help with a product or had problems with my orders they would insult my understanding of the lash extension industry and would refuse to help in any way. Their product can be superior, but only if you babysit it. It is the most sensitive product I've ever worked with. I admit that when you treat their product like a crystal doll it can be incredible product, but because of their lack of customer service I'm still looking for something out there that comes close to as good of a product, but with people that I actually care to interact with and give my business to. And if it is helpful I've had a particularly bad series of interactions with a customer service rep named Kathy. I refuse to even speak to her when I have problems. I'm just hoping to find a different company to buy from because I don't support businesses that don't respect me.

I have delicate lashes, but these ladies know how to give me a great look. Clean, comfortable salon environment. Worth the price. Its my eyes!!!

This place is EVERYTHING!! I love the staff! Super professional and by far the best lash place I’ve ever been. Highly recommend the lash extensions, the micro blading and brows! Outstanding if I could give 6 stars I would!

Really good service! The place is super clean, comfortable and welcoming, BUT it is upscale, so be prepared to ask questions and make sure you know how much you’ll be paying for. I felt that they should have told me the price upfront, and not waited for me to ask.
