This was my first time coming to Prima Lash, and I just want to say Diamond is extremely professional! She worked with me on rescheduling and was very accommodating. I sent her an inspo picture and she executed it perfectly—I absolutely love my lashes. ✨ Another big plus for me was the setup: instead of a typical lash table, I got to relax in a reclining chair with vibration. It was so comfortable that I literally knocked out during my appointment. 💤 I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommend Diamond at Prima Lash! 💕

I do not recommend the place does not even show what is on Google pictures it’s nasty . The worker was rude and had me in a rush to get out. I asked to look at the products. All she did was tell me what you need and nothing was shown. Not good services. DONT COME HERE

Ive been getting my lashes done since 2018 and I can truly say Diamond is the BEST lash tech in Chicago! The coldest! The rawest. Everytime I get a new set or a fill in I feel like the prettiest girl in the world! Don’t hesitate, please book with my girl! Won’t be disappointed at all.

Can't say enough good things about diamond and Whitney they are both amazing owners , I always have a wonderful experience every time I enter Prima The owners & staff are friendly & make you feel So comfortable & are attentive to your needs. Most importantly the salon is very clean & the staff make sure to follow all health regulations. Overall, I'm very satisfied & happy with the service provided. Diamond does my lashes and also my daughters lashes and few more people I referred to her and we all love her. Also guys the shop is in a very nice location easy to find no matter what side of town you are coming from. I give Them 10 stars. Love Paradise

I had a great first experience with prima lash. My Lashes are exactly as I desired and not falling out fast. They are the perfect volume and length she was very gentle and did not cause me any discomfort during or after the service.
