I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a fantastic experience. Both Fatima & Krishna have done by brows (threading & tinting) before & I’m always thrilled with the results. Krishna also gives a great bikini wax. She’s gentle, but does a great job. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Update: these started shedding the night of and unfortunately did not look very good in the following days to come. Will just self tint my lashes and move along - not worth the money for clusters at home or sets at this location. I would look elsewhere if I were you. ——— My lash woman who worked at a completely different company/rented a space for herself on Division moved away about a two years ago and I’ve either been doing clusters at home or just very low maintenance nothing on my lashes. But they often feel irritated and uncomfortable. However I’m starting a new job Monday and wanted to treat myself and feel more put together for training and zoom calls. Plus this space is walkable to where I rent in Wicker Park, so I wanted to try it out. Staff is nice, they did fit me in for a hybrid full set which was great since online said there were no spaces available so I called to check. The space is very basic could use a bit more charm, and maybe less like they just moved in vibe. They didn’t have the AC on (maybe they don’t have AC) which was fine but it was about 77 in there…so on a really hot day not ideal. There are no doors on the rooms, and the front desk woman cleaned and made a lot of noise during my time there, there was no music on. It was mainly just funny how much commotion and noise she was making. I kept trying to relax and enjoy this treat and there would be a lot of commotion like right there, I chuckled many times to myself about all the noise. The set of lashes - Hybrid- themselves was $170, and they turned out…fine…good enough for them fitting me in. I do wish she cleaned / wiped down my lashes before doing the set because it’s summer and I advised I had only washed my face this AM, but maybe that’s not customary. A few fell out that night but nothing drastic. I may give them one more try with a different style choice. They are cheaper than other locations near me, so it may simply be a trade off. All I all I suppose I got what I paid for - and of course I tipped the lash woman (not sure her name she didn’t introduce herself)

When I arrived, the first person was confused about who I was and why I was there (I had an appt. And confirmed) My lash artist was nice- we discussed that I didn’t want some CRAZY thick lashes that look like a shelf of black. I wanted medium to long, doll eye… She removed my lashes and then handed me a bottle of lash shampoo so I could go to the washroom and shampoo my lashes. My eyes would burn if I opened them, so I had to kind of squint/feel my way to the washroom. When I came back, she applied my new full set. They are pretty thin and still not doll eye… Was marked out to be a 3 hour appt. Including the 30 min removal, I was there 2hr and 15min… The final invoice was $300. If they were the shape I requested and the time I scheduled was what I received, I would have felt like it was worth it… My new set looks to me like a very natural hybrid application… The search continues.

I got the head, neck, shoulder and feet massage and what can I say it was more than what I expected. Krishna, did out standing job. As a woman we need this and I know I needed. I’m planning on going back for sure! Thank you so much Krishna for taking the heavyweights off my shoulders. I would recommend for anybody to get pampered as we deserve. 🙏🙏🙏

I had a groupon for cut and single color. Krishna was very nice and professional. She was asking be about my preferences all throughout out the process. They also have other services. I’m planning on going back there again! Thank you so much!
