I had such a great experience with Uma at Lash Design! I got classic lash extensions and absolutely love how they turned out. She did such a beautiful job—they look natural, elegant, and exactly what I wanted. Uma is very sweet, professional, and really good at what she does. Highly recommend her! ❤️

Lara is amazing! I cannot recommend her enough! She is incredibly talented, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. Her attention to detail is outstanding, and she consistently delivers beautiful results. She takes the time to listen, makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the appointment, and always goes above and beyond to ensure you’re happy. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is also kind, friendly, and easy to talk to, making every appointment an enjoyable experience. Her passion for her work truly shows, and it’s clear that she takes great pride in helping her clients look and feel their best. I always leave feeling more confident and looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Lash Design (both locations) since they opened and it's the best salon in Chicago. Lashes: Highly recommend Sima, Nadi and Lara. I am very particular with lash extensions and lash lifts and they always do a fantastic job. I've also never had any irritation. Brows: Nadi is the best!! She will patiently tweeze my brows because I'm allergic to wax and every couple of months I also get a brown lamination. Nails: Alia in their River North Location does the best French tip nails in Chicago and don't sleep on their Russian pedicures! Overall I highly recommend this salon. It's pricey but the cleanliness and good service are worth it.

I have been a loyal client of Lash Design for quite some time and have always had positive experiences, which is why today’s appointment was so disappointing. Due to unexpected traffic, I was running about 15 minutes late, but I texted ahead to let the salon know. When I arrived, I was ready to proceed immediately. Unfortunately, my lash artist, Uma, was extremely short and dismissive from the moment I sat down. Rather than approaching the situation with professionalism or understanding, I felt like I was being punished for being late despite providing notice. She emphasized that we would only have 45 minutes and her attitude throughout the appointment made me feel unwelcome and rushed. To make matters worse, the quality of the work reflected that rushed experience. My lashes were noticeably uneven, and I was not even given a proper opportunity to review them before the appointment ended. What made this particularly frustrating is that I have never experienced this level of rudeness from any other artist at this location. As a long-time customer, I’ve also had occasions where I waited for appointments myself, and I’ve always been understanding because things happen. Courtesy should go both ways. I want to note that the front desk staff was very kind and professional. However, my experience with Uma was disappointing enough that it has made me question whether I want to continue coming back. I would not personally recommend booking with her based on this experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as customer service and professionalism are a big part of why clients remain loyal to a business. UPDATE: I wanted to come back and update my review after my experience this weekend. While I had a disappointing appointment initially, I don’t believe one experience should define an entire business, especially one that I’ve been coming to for years. After I shared my concerns, the Lash Design team reached out promptly, listened to my feedback, and worked hard to make things right. They were incredibly accommodating and were able to get me back into the salon before my event. I had the pleasure of seeing Maral, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to listen to my concerns, carefully assess my lashes, explain what she was seeing, and walk me through the best way to correct them. I never felt rushed or dismissed. She was patient, kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy with the results. The difference in both the customer service and the final outcome was night and day. My lashes look beautiful, and I left feeling heard, valued, and taken care of. I’ve been a longtime client of Lash Design, and this experience reminded me why I keep coming back. Any business can have an off day, but what truly matters is how they respond when a customer has a concern. Lash Design handled the situation with professionalism and care, and Maral went above and beyond to restore my confidence. Thank you to Maral and the entire team for turning a frustrating situation into a positive one. I truly appreciate it and will continue recommending Lash Design to friends and family. ❤️✨
