I came in with my mom 10 minutes before closing and I knew that I may not get my eyebrows done. I sent my mom in on her own while I parked and grabbed my card. When I walked in not even a minute later a rude lady said “no more, only if eye brows. Last person at 6:45” I told her I did only want eyebrows but it’s fine. However the other lady was nice and had taken my mom. The rude lady was finishing with her client and when she walked her to the front she was annoyed that the client went back to look at the jewelry. The client didn’t catch her annoyed look but I did. That client left and the lady grabbed the bag of cash then when to grab her purse, phone, and ear buds that were charging on the table by me. The lady who was working on my mom was finished and she asked me to pay. I went to pay but my mom asked about me and I told her to forget it that the other lady said no more clients. Mind you by this time it was 6:52ish. The lady had me pay and the receipt says I paid at 6:54pm. The lady that did my mom’s eyebrows said she would do mine but the other lady told her something in the language they speak and I told the nice lady that it was fine that I just wanted the other lady’s name. She turned to look at the other lady and told her something and that’s when she told me “you misunderstood, I said 6:45 last person unless only eyebrows”. I told her I understood her perfectly and I had told her I only wanted eyebrows and she decided to still not take me. The other lady insisted she could do my eyebrows to which I told her thank you but the bad experience was already had and I just wanted the other lady’s name for a review. She kept insisting on doing my eyebrows and I told her no and they kept talking amongst themselves. They told me they would not give me a name. I said fine, took her picture and left. It took her 2 minutes to do my mom’s eyebrows and I doubt mine would have taken the remaining 8 minute left to closing. Them arguing between them took longer. I am attaching a picture of the rude lady and my receipt to show what time I paid. The only reason we got there late was because of work and I have wedding the next day that I would not have time in the morning to go get my eyebrows done. I’ve gone to other threading places a few minutes before closing due to the work and having events the next day and never had an experienced like I did here.
I had a wonderful experience at Jill’s Brow Studio at Brickyard. The eyebrow threading was quick, precise, and left my brows looking clean and perfectly shaped. The staff was friendly, professional, and the environment was comfortable and welcoming. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
My mom loves the way khushi does her eyebrows please ask for her when anybody goes to this location
Rupal was very kind and helpful from the moment I walked in for my eyebrow cleanup. I come here often and I’m always pleased with the service and experience. Highly recommend — 10/10!
I have been coming to Jill's Brow for many years. Khusni and the rest if the ladies are amazing. I love my eyebrows every time.
