Gorgeous Lash Extensions

I’ve been coming to get my lashes done for almost a year! Every time they are so sweet and respectful! My lashes always turn out amazing!

I want to start off saying the lady that took care of me nice and polite. I came here for a lash perm. When she finished the looked nice but I noticed after a few days one eye lash started to look fringe like the solution was left on for too long. I reached out to them and sent them photos and they stated this has never happened before. I asked for a solution and all they told me was that they couldn’t fix them. They didn’t offer me a refund or even a partial refund. I have had lash perms done before and know you’re not supposed to get your lashes wet after so I know that wasn’t the case. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back here it’s been 3 weeks since I have got them done and I can’t even wear mascara to try to make them look better

I am returning to leave a second review regarding a person who simply does not deserve to run a business, as she lacks the ability to speak to customers in a professional or courteous manner. I visited this establishment and tried out their services; it was a completely disastrous experience. When I requested a refund, she refused, offering instead to return only half of the amount I had paid. I accepted this compromise, but she made me wait and never actually returned the money. When I pressed her on the matter, she became evasive, claiming she couldn't see my bank account details—she was clearly lying. During this exchange, she called me "stupid" and labeled me a "nuisance" simply because I was demanding what was rightfully mine. The quality of the work was absolutely terrible. I strongly advise against anyone visiting this place; she deserves nothing, possesses no customer service skills whatsoever, and is, quite frankly, rude and dishonest. Furthermore, the eyelash extensions I had applied were supposed to last for two to three weeks; regrettably, they fell out the very next day. As I was in a different country at the time, I had to pay out of pocket to have them fixed, and I even had to pay for a doctor's visit because my eyes suffered an allergic reaction….

This was my first time to Gorgeous Lashes and this will be my go to spot here on out. I have shopped a few places and there were some issues with each I got hybrid mink lashes, eyebrows waxed and tinted. Here's why I liked Gorgeous Lashes: --Yura is professional and pleasant. She took the time to show me my options, let me know the prices, and provide recommendations. This was part of the appointment and there wasn't a fee for it. I feel like so many lash places nickel and dime you so there's that element of not knowing what you end up paying during your appointment. When that happens, I never go back. I don't like price gouging. --My lashes are lightweight. I don't feel them there. I ended up getting hybrid, mink lashes. Before, I always had natural/classic style with synthetic lashes. My hybrid enhance my eyes without the fake look. --Either it is the product she uses or the way she applied the lashes but my eyes did not get irritated with her. At other places, the adhesive would sting my eyes or irritate them. --Her other customers that arrived said their lashes stay on for a month. My lashes from Lash Lounge lasted a week 😭. --Gorgeous Lashes prices are way better than other places in the city but the quality is better. I drive from the city to Niles to have my beauty services here.
