No wonder this place has a 5-star rating! The customer service here is amazing and all the people are so nice. Thank you so much, Stacy, for making my eyelashes look fabulous!I also want to say a huge thank you to Ari. When the first eyelash stylist didn’t do a good job, Ari completely took care of it. She gave me a complimentary eyelash removal and a brand-new set of extensions to fix it. Thank you for being such a professional owner!The studio itself is super cute, all pink (love it!), very clean, and completely relaxing. I will definitely be back!
I went there to get classic set. It was PER-FECT. Atmosphere in salon is very relaxing and chill. My lashes look very natural, just like I put mascara on them. My tech Kate was very friendly and I had all trust in process. Highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience with Ariana! She is a very skilled and professional lash artist. My lashes turned out even better than I expected — they look so beautiful, natural, and perfectly done. She paid great attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’m truly happy with the result and will definitely come back again. I got my brows done by Julia and I’m honestly so happy with the results ❤️❤️❤️ She shaped them perfectly and kept them looking natural and soft. The waxing was very gentle and comfortable, and everything was done with so much care and attention to detail. Julia is incredibly professional and sweet, and the whole appointment felt relaxing and enjoyable ❤️ Definitely coming back again!
Booked an appointment with Kate and after rescheduling a few times due to my work schedule, she was worth the wait! I always get nervous because sometimes my lashes are too heavy/thick/dark even when I book a classic set but Kate and the woman at reception listened and used my reference photos. I asked for a dark brown and natural length set that matched my lashes and she listened and delivered! My lashes look like two coats of mascara vs having an exaggerated dramatic look. I already booked my two week fill and can’t wait to see the staff in two weeks.
