10/10!!! I have never gotten my lashes or brows done before and my experience was exceptional. Samantha was patient, professional, and kind. She also catered to my specific requests and I walked out feeling very happy and pretty. I got classic lash extensions (she customized them to exactly what I wanted) and a brow tint. Loved both, will be recommending to friends.

I cannot say enough great things about Butterfly Kiss and Samantha. She truly makes her services enjoyable and comfortable, and takes pride in making sure you walk out happy and with exactly what you want. She's super friendly and extremely professional, and the lash extensions I have received from her have lasted so much longer vs. other places I have gone to. She's super informative about how to care for your lashes and makes sure you don't walk out without a good sense of aftercare. I can tell how passionate she is for what she does and for that reason I will continue to get my lashes done by Samantha. Highly recommend for anyone looking for extensions or a lash lift - she can provide a very natural look or something more dramatic based on what you want. Thanks Samantha for being so great!

Sam and Butterfly Kiss Lash Studio was fantastic! She is always prompt, professional, clean and efficient. I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed! She had notes from my previous appointment (1.5 years ago!) and was very diligent. My lashes look perfect and I’ll definitely be back!

The first thing that struck me about Samantha is how professional she is. She truly takes pride in her knowledge of the industry and her studio space. Not only is it very clean and sanitary but the space is absolutely adorable. Samantha makes you feel comfortable the entire service. She’s is so nice and easy to talk to, or not talk to if you’re just looking to relax! She did a lash lift that lasted so long, my lashes looked healthy and full.
