Brow and Lash Spa

I come here to get my eyebrows threaded and every single time they look absolutely AMAZING! Nita is incredible at what she does, and I definitely recommend coming here. The price is also the cherry on top, super affordable! If anyone is debating on coming here.....DO IT! :)

I got the lash tinting and lift - at first all seemed well until I was able to look closer and there was product all over my eye lid. It was either sealant or glue… and then I found dye messily wiped off around my eyes. For context, I wear glasses, so I wasn’t able to study my eyes too much, plus this was my first time getting a lash lift and I didn’t know what to expect… but I know it was not this. The final straw, I woke up this morning with my lashes stuck to my eyelid…

I’ve been here a few times, and the eyebrow service itself was good. However, during my last visit, I had a disappointing experience while paying. The card reader wasn’t accepting my tap payment, and the lady instead of politely asking to see my card or explaining what to do, the employee abruptly took my card from my hand. I found this interaction rude and unprofessional. Customer service is just as important as the service being provided, and unfortunately this experience is the reason I won’t be returning.

My mom and I have been coming here for years to get our lashes and brows done, and we always have an amazing experience. She does a fantastic job every single time and pays great attention to detail.
