I will never work with Vonya again! I worked with her back in 2021 I had a great experience, but now this time around the experience is very different and horrible experience , my appointment has been booked days in advance, of course my $25 deposit was taken immediately and today the day of my appointment she was impossible to reach I sent text messages, voicemails, Dms and my phone calls kept getting sent to voicemail, after multiple attempts to try to communicate I had to leave comments under her business page just to get a response and of course it worked , this is how unprofessional the experience was when she finally did respond her response was calling me weird for trying to contact her about my appointment that she took money for and never showed up to...then tells me I have to wait 5-10 days for my refund and do not book again , because she was unprofessional lol and I can also pull up to her job to fight if I’m unhappy! This was the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, and horrible experience I’ve ever had over lashes this is how she treats her so called “clients” even after telling her that whatever message she sent about moving my appointment as her “client “ I did not receive it she still remained very unprofessional and if she really cared about the inconvenience she would have tried a voicemail on top of the one attempt she claims she made , extremely unprofessional
