Amazing Lash Studio

I got a lash lift and tint today with Issamar and am in love with how they turned out. She is so good at what she does and I can’t stop looking at them in the mirror. I highly recommend her at the Clybourn location.

Pick a different lash studio, or location! I have been going to Amazing Lash Studio for years, particularly the Lincoln Park location. I don’t know what has changed this year, but management is terrible. They take forever to get back to you on any issues you have or credits that you are expecting back. You have to follow up several times in order to even get one response. Not to mention their phones do not ever work. And/or they never answer. And on top of that, My lashes very rarely last two weeks at this location. The master stylists should not be considered masters. And NO, I do not get my lashes wet within the first 24 hours, and I do not work out, and I know the rules … since I have been getting my lashes done for 8+ years.

I have been a memeber of amazing lash for over 10 years and this location always goes above and beyond for me. Whether it’s fixing with an adjustment or communicating about my membership they are great. Ana is my favorite her work is beautiful and has great retention! I love my lashes💕

Sooo disappointed. My daughter went there for her first time to do her eyelashes for her prom. She showed the lady a picture of how she would like her lashes and it came out all wrong. My daughter wanted a simple, natural look and came out with thick, clumpy looking eyelashes. She told them that she was disappointed and was told to come the next day to get them "fixed." The next day came and the lady took 30 minutes to try to "fix" the lashes and then said that she couldn't do much else to make them look the way my daughter wanted. I just thought really!? We paid $150.00 and you can't change them to how my daughter would like the lashes. To add, I called on Monday to speak with the manager and was told she wasn't there but was good at calling back right away. I left my name and number and no call back. I called back the next day and was told the same thing and that she would call me the next day. It's Thursday and still no call back. I wonder if she even got the message. Soo disappointing. Don't go here if you want good service. I will never go there again. Bye!

I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding pricing at this establishment. After booking through ClassPass, I was informed of a mandatory $120 'additional fee' only after the service had already commenced. Given that a full set of lashes typically costs around $140 elsewhere without using credits, the total cost here is misleading. I would advise future clients to confirm all surcharges before starting their appointment.
