First time using lashes extension service here, disappointed and not impressed. - Had a junior staff (Mew) service me. She hasn’t been an expertise in this field yet, hurt me by pulling my lash hard couple of times but she did apologize though. - The owner took over half way through so my lashes look a bit different each side. - Guarantee period is only 3 days comparing to other lash salons where they usually give 5-7 days guarantee. - Lash extensions started to fall off since the first day and look bad on one side after 4-5 days as if it was done for over 2 weeks. - I informed them about it but they refused to fix it since it’s over 3 days guarantee which they’ve never told me about. - My first thought before knowing about their guarantee time is to give them one more shot to see if they will finally manage to satisfy me. But now I’ve changed my mind. For cleanliness part - The salon itself wasn’t clean on the day I visited. The floor was sticky and full of dust. Luckily, they have slippers. - The junior staff’s gloves were a bit filthy. Not sure if she changed it every time. First and last time for me here. You’re lucky if you get good service but unfortunately, not for me. If you still want to try after reading this, try to request for the service from the owner instead of a junior staff. Good luck

Yesterday I got my first Standard Wet Volume extension at this place. So far happy with the result. The price is affordable, the staff is super polite and speaks very good English. She’s sweet and helpful! The owner of the shop is also generous. It’s easy to access from BTS station. Private and comfortable place. They locked the door from the inside so you need to push the bell and they will warmly greet you in no time. Overall it’s a good experience and I want to try more models next time 😍😍

I've been there 4-5 times,here’s my fav. I found it randomly on Instagram and decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. At first i tried getting eyelash extensions at several different places, but I was always disappointed with the results. The lashes would fall out very easily and in large quantities. I finally found this one place that is amazing. The lashes last 2-3 months if you take good care of them.😁 price is ok. You won't find lashes of this quality at this price in Sukhumvit😂
