As for a guy doing manicure. It's very big deal to explain what kind of result I expect.But this shop just makes it easy for me to take it in. Never realized that manicure can be very stylish and low key entertaining! A decent pamper for your lovely on holiday! Thanks I luv the result! 🤠💅

Amazing place. I showed the nail tech a picture of something I found on Instagram and she did a wonderful job. I've already gotten many compliments. I'll come here again the next time im in bangkok.

I normally have positive experiences at this salon, but my experience today was unprofessional. I booked my appointment via LINE for a PVC extension removal and a gel manicure. I was quoted 250 baht for the removal and 300 for the gel manicure. I paid the mandatory 300 baht deposit via bank transfer. During the removal, my nail tech informed me I had a small fungus on one of my nails and advised me not to get any polish for the next few weeks. I took her advice and ended up just getting the PVC removal. At the end of the service I mentioned the deposit I paid was 300 baht. She made a face and called over her colleague. I told her colleague I paid 300 for the deposit. She told me the PVC removal was 300. This obviously conflicts with what I was quoted (and what's printed on their price sheet). I showed her the texts confirming the price. She said "ok" and spoke to my nail tech in Thai. She used her translator app to tell me "the advisor will need to send you the 50 baht refund it may take a while". I asked her is the advisor the owner of the salon, she said "yes". I asked what the owner's name was and they both hesitated to give an answer. She repeated the "advisor" will refund me later. I offered to stay until the refund was made. I texted the LINE number explaining what happened and as soon as I hit send, I hear a ping from my nail tech's phone. A moment later I get a message saying "please wait". I replied "ok". Her phone pings again. Interesting. I patiently waited about 10 minutes and finally received the 50 baht difference. The fact they were dishonest about the price, didn't want to give the me the name of the "advisor", and were trying to get me to leave before receiving a refund doesn't sit right with me. All of that to keep 50 baht felt unnecessary. I was still gracious and thanked them on the way out. However, I won't be returning. It's unfortunate because they are located in walking distance from me but I’d rather go farther for nail techs who value honesty and integrity.
