There’s reason why hardly any customer here. Made an appointment by LINE for extension removal, gel colour, overlay, and pedicure gel. Visited on time, no other customer, I said my name and time. Escorted to chair, meanwhile the lady has no smile, doesn’t even look at my face. Ignored me even when I sailed hello. I realised they’re not even aware of my booking when she already applied colour. It’s obvious it’s too late for overlay… Then I know why she cut my nail short without even asking. I’m already feeling extremely sad at this point. Making my way far from home, I wasted my time and energy for this… I showed my screen and said ‘ I booked for overlay…?’ She started to yell at other staff member in Thai (first time I hear her voice) and continue putting colour on my nail. Again, she doesn’t even look at my face. I was shocked she’s just ignored me and just doing like nothing happened? So not even an apology was given. Since I’m extremely uncomfortable and ofcourse they don’t even check what I booked for on their side, or not sure she even looked at my phone screen, I didn’t mention my pedi booking. Left without it. I just wanted to leave. Meanwhile she started to take photo of my hands several times without my permission. Why you should avoid this nail salon 1) incompetent management - do not book bcos they won’t see it anyway 2) unprofessional customer service - you’ll be treated like invisible, like she’s doing you a huge favour for you or smth 3) technique below average - it’s only a simple gel colour. I already see a bubble, and edge is coming off Another lady, who’s probably a lash person, she seemed more friendly. I will never go back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Start Lash & Nails BKK. The staff were professional, friendly, and paid great attention to every detail. The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything was clean and well organized. The results exceeded my expectations, and the service was both efficient and precise. Great value for the quality provided. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely come back!

I clearly explained the exact eyelash style I wanted before the service (Mega Wispy Volume), and the technician confirmed multiple times that she could do it. I also asked for the same style as what I was already wearing. After almost 2 hours, only ONE eye was partially done, and the result was completely different from what was agreed — wrong shape and extremely sparse. I stopped the service immediately when I saw the result. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the technician became very emotional, cried in front of me, and escalated the situation by calling her boss and mentioning police involvement. This made the experience extremely stressful and uncomfortable. This was a serious waste of time and a very unprofessional way to handle a service dispute. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values clear communication, accountability, and professional service. Hope this won’t happen to you girls.!! ————————————————- I saw the owner’s reply towards my review, the last sentence gonna be added here, ‘Blaming the client instead of reviewing the process shows poor service standards. No insulting language was used. This is defamation.’ ————————— Also just a hint, I done eyelash in this store 1 year ago, but they changed the owner, what still the same as 1 year ago is just the decoration of the store. Except this, everything changed. Be careful x. Thanks.

I refilled my nails there a week ago. The lady does amazing job. Very attention to detail And skillful. There are many option of colors to choose. Everything took three hours in total. I don’t mind it as long as the lady does good job. The price is very reasonable,I loved it! Coming back for sure!

Very friendly and lovely staff, I love your playlist!✌️😁 I do manicures and pedicures here (but I also plan eyelash extensions because I'm in love with your work!) the master is a very nice girl who cares about your comfort, will give advice if necessary! Good vibe where you can come and forget about everything❤️
