This was my first time getting eyelash extensions. I don't usually wear much makeup, but the technician did a beautiful job!

1. The admin's responses were poor before booking; they were very good beforehand. However, on the day of the appointment, there was no confirmation (not a big deal). The customer couldn't find the shop, and instead of helping the customer find the shop, they tried to keep the deposit. 2. The eyelash extensions on the right side started falling out less than a day after application. Less than a week later, the right side had completely fallen out, while the left side remained strong. But is it normal to only have one eyelash? 3. There was no after-service support.
