I came in for a lash lift and brow wax. For the lash lift, the aesthetician was accommodating to my needs. I let her know beforehand that my eyes tend to water and sting if the perm solution gets into them, and she told me to let her know if it happened. Unfortunately, my eyes did start stinging during the process, and she immediately removed the solution from my lashes when I asked. Because of this, my lashes didn’t turn out quite as pictured, which I understood since I didn’t want to continue and subject my eyes to more irritation. As for the brow wax, she was very detailed with the shaping and even used tweezers to remove baby hairs. However, the freehand drawing of the brows ended up looking more like something I could do myself at home rather than something professionally done. I’d still recommend this spot if you’re mainly looking for the convenience of not having to do your own brows. The space itself was clean and comfortable. The only thing to note is that it’s located above a clothing store, so you can hear people shopping on the lower floors. It personally didn’t bother me, but if you’re looking for a very quiet and relaxing environment, this may not be the right fit. One other thing to keep in mind is that they only accept exact cash or QR code payment (for Thai residents only I believe). I brought enough cash for my service, but they didn’t have change available to give back, so I’d recommend tourists bring the exact amount in cash just in case.

Overall, I had a quite positive experience here 😊 The price is quite affordable, and the staff were lovely, friendly, and provided good service. There are just a few things I think could be improved. First, the atmosphere was very noisy during the appointment. I could hear different music playing at the same time, as well as staff conversations from downstairs quite clearly. Since eyelash extensions usually take some time, a quieter environment would make the experience much more relaxing and enjoyable.😭 I also think the pricing and lash options could be communicated more clearly before starting the service. There seem to be several types and grades of lashes at different price points. In my case, I only found out about the premium option when the service was about to begin, which was a little confusing. It would be much better if all available options and their prices were explained beforehand so customers can make an informed decision without feeling rushed. Communication about the lash design could also be a little more detailed. For example, I was asked what lash length I wanted, but for someone who doesn’t get eyelash extensions regularly, it can be difficult to know what each length actually looks like. It would be very helpful if the staff could explain the differences or recommend a suitable length and style based on the customer’s eye shape and preferred look. As for the final style and technique, I think this really comes down to individual preference. One thing to note is that the adhesive used during the process did cause some stinging for me. If you have sensitive eyes or are prone to irritation, I would recommend letting the staff know immediately if you feel any discomfort. Another point is regarding photos after the service. I was asked to have photos taken, and even after I initially declined, I was asked again. I wasn’t quite sure about the purpose of the photos or how they would be used. I think it would be helpful for the staff to briefly explain beforehand whether the photos are for the portfolio, social media, or another purpose, and to make sure the customer is comfortable and gives consent before taking them. Overall, the staff were very nice and the prices were reasonable. 🥰 With a few improvements in the atmosphere, upfront pricing, and communication before the service, I think the overall experience could be even better. 🤍
