While the reviews might suggest a good lash extension technician, I want to warn other customers considering lash lifting: the skill and technical judgment here are far from up to standard. This was my first time getting a lash lift at this salon, but the result was lashes that were so tightly curled they reached the crease of my eyelid. When I looked straight ahead, my lashes poked into my eyelids, something that never happened with previous salon visits. I deeply regret choosing this salon. Initially, the technician wanted to use size S rods, but I objected and clearly stated I didn't want a "C" shaped curl. They then changed to size M, but even with the M size, my lashes were still curled into my eyelids. This demonstrates a lack of ability to assess the client's eye shape and an unsuitable rod choice from the start. About half an hour after leaving the salon, I felt my lashes poking my eyelids – it wasn't normal. I immediately reported the problem, sending photos and videos, but the technician claimed it was just a matter of client preference, despite clear evidence that this result was abnormal (see the photos). The most shocking part was when I sent a video of my lashes curled into my eyelids the next day, to which the technician responded, "Do you constantly look up like that?!" Looking up is perfectly normal, and even when looking straight ahead, my lashes still poked my eyelids. Finally, the technician agreed to refund the money and apologize, but this only happened after several arguments and insistence that it wasn't just our preference (it took many conversations via LINE and phone). We appreciate that, but the acknowledgment and apology came very slowly and only after we had to explain and provide evidence multiple times, demonstrating a lack of professionalism in handling the issue. The problem isn't just the poor result, but the initial denial of the problem and refusal to acknowledge the mistake, which left us extremely dissatisfied. Therefore, we do not recommend the lash lift service here. (Even with the refund and apology, if the technician had acknowledged the mistake from the start, apologized without claiming it was just the customer's preference, or offered a solution/refund without multiple arguments, the review wouldn't be a 1-star rating.)

This is my go-to eyelash extension salon because the prices are affordable, and the extensions are excellent. You can request specific lengths and styles you want. Most importantly, the stylist is incredibly fast, has a gentle touch, and rarely has any problems after the procedure. (Attached is an example of the eyelashes I requested from the stylist 🤣)
