This is by far the worst eyelash extension experience I’ve had in Bangkok. The staff members were unfriendly and showed no warmth. They skipped basic introductions and standard service steps. I had to ask for a blanket, and the staff just draped it impatiently over me before turning up the air con. During the procedure, the technician handled my eyelids quite roughly and kept making loud, distracting noises. As soon as it was done, I was hurried off the bed. After payment, no one talked with me, no one said goodbye, or explained aftercare for the lashes. I felt completely disrespected. Overall, a very poor experience. It seems this shop attracts first-time customers with low promotional prices, but the actual service quality — and possibly even pricing — may vary depending on how they treat you. I would not recommend this place.

Highly recommend getting eyelash extensions at their place! The price is reasonable and the results look great. I’m very satisfied and love them! There was no stinging in the eyes, and the technician was very gentle—no discomfort at all.

Worst experience I have ever had. Appointment late by 20 minutes. Rude technician who is not good at her job. Then I used QR code to pay and they tried to check my bank account to see if payment go through. Avoid this place

First time here for eyelash extension. I wanted anime style. Really good service, the outcome is perfect. And so quick! Got done in almost 50mins vs other places probably 1.5hrs to 2hrs. Would definitely visit again if I need another eyelash extensions in Bangkok.

I’m a foreigner who came here for the eyelash extension service, and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling in Thailand. The staff were so kind — they gave great recommendations and had such gentle, professional gestures. I love the result! It actually made me look different, but in a more beautiful way (haha). I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends when they travel to Thailand
