I’m not sure what happened - but I noticed no difference after getting a lash lift. I noticed my technician may have had trouble as she took the pad off multiple times. After the lift, she told me to come back multiple times for a more defined curl. I have had lash lifts before with much better results, and by the time I get my next one, these lashes will have already fallen out. 4 stars for professional nice process, but 1 star for results. I had a hard time finding this place but it was well worth the search! My eyelashes are perfect! I didn't even have to try to explain what I wanted. Which I normally have to do in North American salons. Their chairs are super comfortable and recline. My back starts to hurt and i get restless lying on a table for an hour plus. However, my lash tech Nus was super sweet and SUPER fast. I got classics 70 lash on each eye for 1190Baht. I love the natural look and the spacing. And I have a feeling her glue is super strong. Reviews said their lashes last longer than other places so only time will tell. But I'm a week in and not a single fallout. I also got my lower lashes done too which I've been wanting to get done for years but no one does it In canada or Mexico. I got 6 mm... I like them, but will try 8 mm next time AS they could be a bit more noticeable. Overall, amazing experience. Comfortable, fast, affordable and great work. Lansbury will be my go to lash extension spot whenever I am in BKK. Def make an appointment as they only have to chairs. Thanks Nus and I'll see you soon!

Very hygienic and good service. The tech is very gentle, but pain.

When I was in Bangkok this past April 2024 and had contacted Lashury for an appointment, they were fast in their response and had given me options on which location I was near to go in for the service to make it convenient for me. I tried paying the deposit but was having trouble so I had to cancel the appointment (none of which was their fault) I left thailand and somehow the payment went through. I thought nothing was charged but was contacted by a worker at Lashury letting me know that the payment went through and since I didn't get the service they refunded it back to me. I was beyond grateful because not only did they catch this mistake on my end...they were pleasant and understanding. I rate 5 out of 5 because even if I didn't get their service...they still did a great customer service job and when I go back to Bangkok I definitely will go back and get their service.
