After experiencing significant fallout within the 7-day warranty period, I contacted your team to arrange a refill appointment in accordance with the stated conditions. However, I was informed that if I wished to proceed at my preferred date and time, I would need to pay for the service, or alternatively visit another branch that is less convenient for me. I find this approach concerning, as it does not seem aligned with the purpose of the warranty. As a customer, I believe I should be entitled to a proper check and refill within the warranty period without additional charges, especially when the issue is related to service quality. In addition, I would like to highlight my concern regarding the communication from your admin, which stated that if I wanted to secure my preferred time, I would need to proceed with a paid service. This made me feel that customer convenience and fairness were not fully taken into consideration. As a loyal customer who has been using your services for a long time, I expected a more customer-centric approach, both in terms of service recovery and communication clarity. I hope your team can review this matter and provide a fair resolution. I also encourage a review of communication practices to ensure a better customer experience moving forward.

Went for volume extension, i don’t even see the different between 1:1 and volume, i was a bit disappointed. Few days later some lashes came off. I am happy for those who satisfy but for me i am disappointed.

Making a booking was easy and simple. The lash techs are very attentive and helpful in choosing the right style. Me and my friends loved how natural our lashes looked!
