I had a bad experience with an eyelash lift here. The lash lift went very wrong, and I ended up with crimped, spider-leg-looking lashes. My eyelashes are frizzy, unevenly curled, and look damaged. I asked for a refund, but they are refusing to return my money. Customer service was very poor—I feel like I just wasted my time and money
Terrible experience with the lash technician. I’m so glad I took a cheaper style of lashes as this visit was a complete and utter waste of my time and money. The technician was in a FOUL mood, either that or she didn’t like me which is unprofessional. Her hands smelled like cigarettes so she’s clearly a smoker, which would be fine but if I can smell it that means she doesn’t wash her hands which is unhygienic. She was very rough and wild, grabbing my head, ripped the tape off my eyes with force. Even brushing the lashes was done with force, I don’t understand why. The technique was also quite poor, she kept opening my eyes during the treatment which resulted in glue going in them. When it came to paying, even that was a drag for her as she couldn’t even show me my bill nicely. Everything was done with a bad attitude, very unwelcoming. The end result being my eyes feeling raw and in pain, something I’ve never felt before which shows the poor skill level and technique. Tip: Please teach your staff better bedside manners and understand that you’re dealing with someone’s eyes, which is extremely delicate. Unbelievable that this needs to be said in the first place.
My first and last time. I visited this store to have my lash extentions. I have done my lashes regularly and experienced that my lashes fell off extremely fast compared to other places. I disliked the unwelcoming environment of staff and the position in which they let me sit was so uncomfortable. I looked forward a good experience, but in the end I can only share my dissatisfaction.
I have been using the service from here 3 times, but the last time the outcome of eyelashes lifting was not satisfying. The eyelashes didn’t go on the same level for both sides and when I woke up, one of my eye was swollen 🥲 However, the eyebrows lifting was good.
I've been doing my eyelashes in this salon for several months now. I am very happy, the hygiene is superb, and the result is impeccable. My eyelash extensions last a long time! I recommend!
