I was harassed, disrespected, and told to leave by the shop owner for absolutely no reason. I had never been to this salon before and only came because my regular nail techs were unavailable. I drove all the way across town, so let me tell you what I walked into. They were not on time. I waited nearly 30 minutes for them to arrive, then waited even longer for them to get settled. I had specifically requested two techs to work on my hands and feet at the same time. When I arrived, they informed me only one tech was available. Fine. Not an issue. I spent five hours in that shop for a full set and a basic pedicure, not even a spa pedicure. Five hours. As we were finalizing my nails, the orange color the tech was applying was completely invisible against my red nails. She kept repeating the same steps with no result, so I suggested we try a different orange. She asked if I could stay another 30 minutes. I let her know I needed to get home to check on my dog. That is when the owner approached me and told me I needed to leave. My nails were still wet. I told her I wasn’t leaving until they were done and I had paid. She threw money at me and told me to get a cab. I posted about my experience online. The owner initially liked the post, which says everything about her character. The tech had to ask a colleague mid-appointment if she could even do the design I requested, which tells me they are inexperienced on top of everything else. The nail tech was aware that we never had any type of altercation. I never raised my voice and I never got an attitude. As a matter of fact, I never even said that I didn’t like my nails. She had no grounds to come at me that way. When I posted about my experience online, the owner mocked me & then liked the post. You all need to be careful about who you’re disrespecting. This owner clearly believes she can disrespect Black customers because she sees us as less than. Do not give this racist, unskilled, and unprofessional establishment your money, your time, or your energy.

I’ve been a regular here for almost six months, and the service has been consistently amazing. Everyone is so kind and professional, and I’m always happy with my nails and lashes. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Lash affair Studios and the nail artist at Nail Affair. The overall vibe is very clean, calm, and aesthetic, which made the whole experience feel really relaxing. The nail artist was incredibly friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about current trends. I showed her a reference for Hailey Bieber pink donut glazed nails with a white ombré base and minimal gold 3D art… and she recreated it exactly how I imagined. She’s been doing nails for about 7 years and you can definitely tell. The pricing is very reasonable, especially for Gel-X extensions and detailed nail art. Just note that the appointment can take around 2–3 hours, especially if you're getting extensions and custom designs. Since there is only one nail artist, I’d recommend booking at least a week in advance. Overall, a lovely experience, beautiful nails, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you're looking for trendy, high-quality nails in Bangkok 💅✨
