Good price, located in the city center,and the nail technician was very gentle. Highly recommended!

One good thing that its affordable price so i've been there more than 5 times. However, the latest two weren't so impressive. First, the technician who did it for me seemed to be sick. She has runny nose and was coughing the whole time but she didn't wear the mask. I was worry about getting sick for the whole hour. The second time my technician didn't wear any mask which I was ok at first. But as the time went by, she was having a bad breath and i can smell her breath because she needs to get close so I have to endure it for the whole hour. I guess it's time to say goodbye to this place.

Did not experience it yet but for now the customer relationship is really bad. I bought a coupon on GoWabi and felt like I did something wrong. I contacted them via Line as per their request, the person in charge of Line did not understand anything, I had to ask the same question 4 times with translations. It was hard to find the answer. The next appointment available is in Feb. We are in November… they even asked to me to ask for a refund with GoWabi. I might change this review after experiencing their product & services but for now I didn’t feel cared for by them. Disappointed
