On the bright side, the lashes definitely stay on—even if you’d rather they didn’t. 
I had asked for cat-style lashes, which the staff confirmed beforehand via photos and conversation, but what I received was unfortunately quite different from what was discussed. The application process was longer than expected, and I was poked multiple times, leaving me with irritation I’ve never experienced from lash extensions before. The result has been noticeably less comfortable than previous sets I've had elsewhere. The lashes are, at the very least, impressively durable—I’ve tried to remove them myself (due to discomfort), but without success. So if they apply the correct style, I imagine their retention would be a strong point. I was understanding when the staff didn’t have change on hand and needed a moment to gather it. However, I was less thrilled about being called after I had already left to return and pay an amount they had miscalculated—especially since it was after hours. Overall, this wasn’t a great experience in terms of service, comfort, or outcome. I wouldn’t recommend it based on this visit.

I had a good eyelash extension experience before with Lalalash at the Asok branch, but this time I wanted to try the nearest store to my place, and the result was not impressive at all! I won’t come back again unless you improve your service. The story Some of my eyelash extensions started falling off unusually the day after I got the service and continued falling off, even though it hasn’t been a week yet. Four days later, I asked them for a claim. I talked to the admin, and I was told I could get a new service. However, when I went to the store, the staff refused to give me a new set. Instead, they just fixed some parts and topped them up as part of the package provided. I was curious why they were falling off so much. The staff told me it might be because I had done a removal before the new application and that there was probably some remover left on my eyelashes. This answer didn’t make any sense to me - why didn’t they ensure it was properly cleaned in the first place? I asked her how I could be sure the extensions wouldn’t fall off unusually again. She didn’t make any promises and only said it was normal and that they would last around 1–2 weeks, which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. Then, the extensions started falling off again - not with my real lashes, but just by themselves. I suspect it might be an issue with their technique or the glue. Anyway, whenever I get eyelash extensions elsewhere, they typically last around 3–4 weeks. Some of them do fall off, but naturally - not like with your service.

Very professional and clean center in the G Tower building. No issues with the lash extension, both during the application procedure and afterwards. The technician spoke English well enough to help me decide which extension to have and explain the aftercare guidelines. Prices in line with the other centers (circa 1350 baht for 160 classic set - i.e. 38€)
