I had a terrible experience at Gold Crown Nails and Lashes today. The technician was clearly a novice and didn’t seem to know what she was doing at all. The entire place is extremely dirty — hair all over the floor, water everywhere, and absolutely no sanitizing of tools between customers. It was genuinely one of the most unhygienic salons I’ve ever visited. Also extremely poor packages for nails and lashes. During my service, water splashed all over my clothes, the workspace was messy, and despite the poor quality, they still upcharged me an extra 200 Baht just for basic, poorly done nail polish. The overall environment felt unsafe, unsanitary, and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you care about hygiene or quality. There are far better and cleaner options nearby.

The staff were so friendly and professional. The place was so clean and refreshing when my husband and I came to get massages and pedicures. They did an amazing job with our massages and so detailed with our pedicures, especially with mine as I choose the 7- step spa! I definitely recommend a visit!
