I recently visited Glam Bar Nail & Lash, located on 3rd floor, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The shop itself is beautifully designed, offering a serene and aesthetic atmosphere. I was greeted right away by the owner when I walked in right the shop. The owner speaks excellent English, which made communication effortless and ensured that all my concerns were addressed promptly and accurately. They were attentive and really listened to what I wanted. The outcome of their gel polish service was outstanding. The quality and attention to detail were evident, and my nails looked fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for top-notch gel polish services in a welcoming and professional environment. This will surely be regular shop from now on 🥰

The technician were so nice. At first, I was a bit worried it would not look like the reference I gave, but in the end, she made it exactly the same. Love it a lot. I'll definitely come back again.

I used their services for several months, but today I had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived for my appointment, the owner told me I had booked only a 30-minute slot, even though I made the booking two days ago. The interaction was rude and unprofessional, and the situation was handled poorly. Since I cannot reply directly to the owner’s comment, I will clarify here: the owner’s explanation is misleading and a twisted version of events. No one informed me of any changes to the booking system. I had used the same booking method for my last three appointments, and no one ever mentioned that a longer booking was required. The reality is that the owner overbooked and assumed I would be fine with another person doing my nails. I was not. Overall, this was one of my worst experiences. To make matters worse, the owner even called me regarding the review, which I found highly inappropriate. I would not recommend this place.

Come to Glam Bar had my nail done and have a wonderful experience and cat eye colour for Christmas made my day.
