ABOUT NAIL AND LASH STUDIO

Went to this store last month to remove gels from hands and feet. I only the vibe of the store and their selection of color. It look clean and nice. The price is a bit on medium to high. However, overall, I don't feel happy much with the service. I had to wait about 40 mins even if I booked not walk-in. The tech should estimate the time and told me that the previous client would delay my booking this much and let me choose to wait or go to somewhere else first not wasting my time like that. I agreed to let her cut my nail short and all the fingers are short in a weird way in my pov. For hands, she cut the nail at the edge so deep. For feet, she cut it square, which to be fair, some people may like it but I'm not. The removal and cut weren't not neat with still some polish left and pointy nails in some fingers and I only noticed them at home.

The place was clean and cute. The staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming! I had a manicure and pedicure with spa + nail painting. I loved the service and the outcome of the nails. Bom, the nail artist/technician, was really kind and helpful. The attention to detail was amazing as well. Overall, loved the visit. Would come back again! Highly recommend!
