Extremely disappointing experience — do NOT recommend I was quoted 2088 THB for a lash set with removal, and this turned out to be one of the worst lash experiences I’ve ever had. The removal process was extremely painful. The staff rubbed my eyes very harshly, forced my eyes open, and flushed remover directly into my eyes. It caused intense stinging, and I had to repeatedly ask for cotton pads and water just to clean my own eyes. There were even residues of glue left inside my eyes, which was extremely uncomfortable and honestly quite alarming. The lash glue used was very irritating, causing a burning sensation throughout. On top of that, the final result looked nothing like the reference I showed — very poor technique and execution. They also did not use proper eye patches, instead using very sticky scotch tape which made removal even more painful. Overall, this was a careless, painful, and highly unprofessional experience. Please do not trust the reviews and avoid this place. they did gave me a discount for a bad job done at 1400thb but not worth a single baht for such a nightmare Look at the reference I gave and the finished job

The staff were very friendly and attentive, there are lots of colors to choose from, they did a good and decent job. Great value for money.

The lady was friendly until I caught her trying to charge me extra. I went in a day before and had a picture of the price list, it says 899 for gel hands and feet. That’s how much she tried to charge me just for my hands until I corrected her. I told her I’d go back for pedicure next morning, luckily I did because two of my fingers the gel was lifting. She fixed but when I went to do my pedicure, I had regular polish on my feet. she wanted to charge me 200 for removal, even though it states 200 for gel removal. She finally brought it down to 100, didn’t want to bother fighting it but don’t appreciate the dishonestly. Also to top it all off, she charged me 200 for cat eye for both my hands and feet each- doesn’t even look like cat eye. It’s a regular sparkle gel.

A-care as the reception is so nice. We feel so welcome warmly. Nails done beautifully for 3 of us.
